User Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing details related to the issue the form will solve
- Responsible for working with the service provider to decide what fields and workflow will be applied to the form
Service Provider Responsibilities
- Prioritize the creation of the form with other TigerTracks change requests.
- Implement the form as specified.
- Build any required workflows needed to make the form functions.
