Voicemail
CISCO Unity Voicemail is a voice storage and message system. It will answer calls, deliver personal greetings, and take messages for you. Each voice mailbox is unique, private, and associated with an extension number.
Traditional Voicemail
Traditional voicemail is configured for the first time by Network and Communications. If you do not have voicemail or need assistance accessing or setting up your voicemail, please contact our IT Service Desk at 208-282-4357 or by email at help@isu.edu.

Voicemail to Email
Voicemail sent to your email is an option with our voicemail system, but it is not automatically configured. If you are interested in receiving a copy of your voicemail sent to your email, you can request it by contacting our IT Service Desk, at 208-282-4357 or by email at help@isu.edu.
Email Integration sends email notifications to your campus email address each time a new voice mail message is left on your phone. Email Integration does not delete the messages from your voicemail inbox, or turn off the new voicemail indicator light on your desk phone.
