Seeing Grades and Getting a Transcript

Resolution
Viewing Unofficial Grades/Transcript
  1. Go to BengalWeb
  2. Type your ISU Username
  3. Type your ISU Password
  4. Click LOGIN
  5. Approve login through DUO mobile app or hardware token
  6. Click Academic Tools.
  7. Scroll to the Student Records box
  8. Click Academic Transcript
  9. Select Transcript Level (All levels or Undergraduate)
  10. Select Transcript Type (Advising Transcript)
  11. Click Submit to see your unofficial transcript.
    • The classes will appear with their Final grades, GPA Hours, and GPA along with the class subject.
Printing your Unofficial Transcript
  1. Highlight the information you need
  2.  Right-Click Mouse Button
  3. Select Print
    • Notes: 
      • If you are only interested in current semester grades, try the Student Grades box
      • If an "X" grade is calculated as an "F" when figuring GPA. A student will receive an "X" grade if they never attended a class or stopped attending class and never dropped the course.
Alumni Access:  
  • If you are an Alumni and have not used your email in over a year or if it has been more than two years after graduation, you will need to contact the ISU Help Desk to assist you with access to your account at (208)282-HELP(4357).

  2. Follow the instructions to submit your request. 
    • Note: Official transcripts will not be sent until past-due financial obligations to ISU has been paid.  Also, if there is a hold on your account, you will not be able to see the unofficial transcript.  You will need to make arrangements with the Registrar to resolve any issues.
