How to get started with entering grades.

Resolution
Faculty Grade Entry is designed to make faculty grading easier. Now faculty can quickly and easily enter their grades.
Three Easy Steps:  Login, Select, Enter
  1. Log into Bengalweb
  2. Select Academics Link 
  3. Select Faculty Grade Entry New
  4. Select the course you'd like to enter grades for
    1. Note: You will only be able to view courses for which grading is open.
  5. Scroll down to view the Student List for that course
  6. Enter the grade for each student in the dropdown
  7. Enter the date of last attendance for X grades only
  8. Select Save at the bottom of the page
Tips for Using Faculty Grade Entry
  • You can enter any number of grades, then come back later to pick up where you left off.  Just remember to click Save before exiting
  • If you don't see a specific section:
    • Check if there is a Next Page button at the bottom of the screen
    • Check to make sure you are the primary instructor for that section
  • If you don't see some/all of the students in your class:
    • Make sure you have selected the section you want to view
    • You may need to maximize the window and/or scroll down
    • Check if there is a Next Page button at the bottom of the screen
