Your zoom meeting local recording should automatically convert. However, instances like low disk-space, invalid path, or back-to-back meeting recordings may interfere with the conversion process.   

This Guide Will Help You to:

  • Manually convert your recording.

  • Troubleshoot a conversion issue

Manually Convert Your Recording

  1. Sign in to the Zoom Desktop App.

  2. Click the “Meeting” tab.

  3. Click the “Recorded” tab.

  4. Select the meeting topic with the local recording.

  5. Click “Convert”.

Troubleshoot a Conversion Issue
