Office 365 Self Service Password Reset

This article details the self-service method of resetting your Microsoft Office 365 password. This will only work if you have at least one alternate authentication method registered.

• Note: To enable self-service password reset (SSPR). You need to register alternate authentication methods. 
  • Go To  Enrolling in Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) to register 

1. Go to Office 365 Password Reset
2. Type Idaho State University Email
3. Click Forgot my password
4. Type characters or words in the audio
5. Click Next
6. Select Recovery Method for Account Verification
7. Click Next
8. Type a new password
9. Type a new password Confirmation
10. Select Finish

1. Go to Office 365 Sign In
2. Type Email
3. Click Next
4. Type Password
5. Click Sign In
