This article provides instructions on how to Reset Your Microsoft Office 365 Password at Idaho State University (ISU).

Note: This will only work if you have at least one alternate authentication method registered. Go To Enrolling in Self-Service Password Reset to register alternate authentication method(s) to your ISU Microsoft 365 Account.

Sign into Microsoft Office 365

Reset your ISU Microsoft 365 Account's Password

Go to Office 365 Password Reset (external link).
Enter your ISU Email.
Select Forgot my password.
Enter Characters from the picture or Words from the audio recording.
Select Next.
Select a Recovery Method for Account Verification.
Select Next.
Complete Account Verification.
Enter a New password.
Confirm the New password.
Select Finish.

Note: Your password has now been reset. You will receive an email notifying you that your password has been reset.

Sign into Microsoft Office 365

Go to Office 365 Sign In (external link).
Enter your ISU email address.
Select Next.
Enter your Password.
Select Sign In.
