Preparing Your Courses for ISU Canvas

1. Create a copy of the Packing Up Your Moodle ISU Course Checklist (external link) for each of your courses to track your progress. Selecting the link will enable you to make a copy of the checklist in your Google Drive.
2. You may want to Request a Moodle ISU TEMP course (external link) to use for creating a clean version of your course to import.
3. Review the following:

Learning and Support

1. Visit ITRC's ISU Canvas resources (external link).
2. You may choose to Request Course Specific Sandbox(es) in ISU Canvas (external link) (external link) to work in before importing into an actual course.
3. Review ISU Canvas Faculty Essentials (external link) - an online self-paced training course. Once you access the course, it will be accessible via your Canvas dashboard.
