This article provides instructions on how to connect to the TigerGuest Wi-Fi network during New Student Orientation (NSO) so you can register for classes at Idaho State University (ISU).
Connect to TigerGuest Wi-Fi
Step 1: Connect to the Network
- Open the Wi-Fi settings on your device.
- Select TigerGuest from the list of available wireless networks.
Step 2: Create an Account
- When prompted, select Create an Account.
- Complete the required fields.
- Enter your phone number without spaces or punctuation.
- Example: Enter 1234567890 instead of (123) 456-7890.
- Review the Terms and Conditions, then select Agree.
- Select Register to create your account.
Step 3: Sign In
- Select Sign On to complete the connection.
Additional Information
- After registering, you can continue using the TigerGuest network for the rest of the day.
- Optionally, for a more secure connection, switch to TigerNet, ISU's secure wireless network.

Troubleshooting
If you do not see the sign-in page:
- Open a web browser and navigate to any website to trigger the sign-in page.
- If you still cannot connect, turn Wi-Fi off and back on, then reconnect to TigerGuest.
