Description
Your access to ISU Google Workspace will change after you graduate or become an alumnus of Idaho State University. You will no longer have access to any files stored in your ISU Google Drive; your ISU Gmail data storage will be limited to 5 GB; and if you stop using your ISU Google account for 12 months, the account will be suspended. It’s essential to download or transfer any documents you want to access to a different account in the future.
Note:
To be granted an
Alumnus
status at Idaho State University, you need to have
completed (24) or more credits.
Details
What Google Services am I able to retain?
Upon graduation or attaining an
Alumnus
status, you can retain your ISU Gmail account with a 5 GB storage limit. To keep that account active, you must log in at least once every year (every 365 days) to avoid deactivation.
What Google Services are terminated when I graduate?
You will lose access to Google Drive, including but not limited to the following services: Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.
