Description
See below the step-by-step instructions for changing the display views in a Zoom Room with a Zoom Meeting. When not using a Zoom Meeting, all of the displays in a Zoom Room will show the selected content.
Details
- On the Zoom Controller, on the In-Meeting Controls page, tap View.
- Note the number (1 or 2) appearing in the top-left corner of the display(s) you'd like to change.
- On the Zoom Controller, tap on the display you want to change.
- Choose the display arrangement option you would like.
The display options are:
- Speaker
- Thumbnail
- Gallery
- Multi-speaker
- Self view
- Shared content
- Thumbnail & Share
