Duo Mobile App Deprecated for Versions older than 4.85

Duo is deprecating older versions of the Duo Mobile App on February 2, 2026. This will impact users when attempting to authenticate and access ISU resources that require Multifactor Authentication. To ensure you are running a supported version you can do the following:

On iPhone (iOS)

1. Open the Duo Mobile app.
    

2. Tap the menu icon (three lines) in the upper-left corner.
    

3. Look for Version at the bottom — you’ll see a number such as 4.85.0. or later.
    

On Android

1. Open the Duo Mobile app.
    

2. Tap the menu icon (three dots) in the top-Left.
    

3. Look for Version at the bottom — you’ll see a number such as 4.85.0. or later.

If Your Duo Mobile App Version Is Out of Date

Update the app from the store on your device:

• iPhone: App Store → Search “Duo Mobile” → Update
   

• Android: Google Play Store → Search “Duo Mobile” → Update
