ISU Canvas is set to Mountain Standard Time (UTC - 7) by default. Because of this, due dates and times will be show in Mountain Standard Time and be different if your are located in a different time zone. You can change your time zone in Canvas to reflect your local time zone following the steps in this article.
Details
- In the far-left Global Navigation menu (the black sidebar,) select the Account button.
- In the pop-out menu, select the Settings link.
- On the next screen, select the Edit Settings button on the right-hand side of the screen.
- Select the Time Zone drop-down menu that is now available in the top section of the page.
- Choose the appropriate time zone for your location.
- After selecting your local time zone, select the Update Settings button to save your settings.
