Note: Students can enter the Rendezvous building via the East and West doors via card swipe access with their Bengal Card.

Equipment available for use to all faculty, staff, and registered students
  1. 30 Total Computer Stations
  2. 3 Stations with HP Scanjet Pro 3500 Scanners
  3. 3 HP M806 Black and White Printers
  4. 1 HP M553 Color Printer
Note: Faculty and Staff can request temporary access for sponsored event attendees.  See our Request Lab Assistance page for more information.  
Reservation Information
  1. Faculty and Staff may request temporary lab assistance for attendees of sponsored events. 
  2. Faculty members who wish to reserve a classroom or computer lab may contact: 
    • Registrar (Office of Classroom Scheduling) at (208)282-4226. 
    • View Reservations for this lab.
  3. The following information is required when scheduling:
    • Requesting Dept.
    • Course name
    • Section # or Organization name
    • Date Requested
    • Start Time
    • End Time
    • Number of attendees
    • Preferred computer labs in sequential order by preference

  2. Report broken or malfunctioning computer hardware, software, or peripheral devices.
