MyISU Change Request

How to Request

Click the Request Change button.

Roles or Responsibilities
This form is used to request custom cards, changes to content, or links in the MyISU Portal.
MyISU is not a reporting tool, it can link to reporting tools, but requests to embed a report directly in MyISU will not be approved.
  • Note: Requests for MyISU changes are intended to request non-break-fix changes and are reviewed on a set schedule. Action is taken according to greatest need and not all requests will lead to an action being taken. If this request is instead about something broken within MyISU, please reach out to the IT Service Desk to report the problem at help@isu.edu.
User Responsibilities
  • Type your Name in the Requestor field to identify the correct account
  • Select your Account or Department
  • Select the Type of Change from the drop-down
  • Type a Detailed Description for the change requested
  • Type the Target Audience for the change requested
  • Click Submit
Service Provider Responsibilities
  • Evaluation of business case and access requirements
  • Coordination of approval authorizations.
How Much Does It Cost?

MyISU is free to faculty, staff, students, and other ISU affiliates.
