In the case where a Chromebook fails to connect to TigerNet through Wi-Fi, the following steps can be used to connect:

Details

  1. Select on the Internet Access button on the taskbar
  2. Select TigerNet from the menu
  3. Select the EAP method as PEAP
  4. Select Phase 2 authentication as MSCHAPv2
  5. Select Server CA certificate as None or Do not authenticate
  6. Type your ISU username
  7. Type ISU your password
  8. Leave Anonymous Identity blank
