Setting up/Changing your Account Claim Email and Phone Number

This article provides instructions on how to change your Account Claim Email or your Mobile Phone Number at Idaho State University (ISU).

• Mobile Phone Number

1. Go to the IAM Identity Management Portal (external link).
2. Login using your ISU username and password.
3. Approve login through the DUO mobile app or hardware token.
4. Select My Profile tab.
5. Find the Account Claim Email box. 
6. Enter a non-ISU email that can be used to verify your account.
7. Once you have entered the changes, select SUBMIT.
   • Note: We also recommend regularly reviewing and updating your Security Questions and changing your password as additional measures to help keep your identity secure.

4. Select My Profile tab
5. Find the Mobile Phone box.
6. Enter a cell phone number that can be used to verify your account.
7. Once you have entered the changes, select SUBMIT at the bottom.
