There are a few techniques the students and faculty can try before reaching out for help.
- Search in Tigertracks for Moodle documentation
- Clear cache and cookies on the browser (https://tigertracks.isu.edu/TDClient/1950/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=65966)
- Try a different or incognito browser
- Try disabling all browser extensions/ plugins
- Try a different device
- Make sure you are logging into the correct system: Moodle ISU or Moodle ISU Community
- Consider contacting the Service Desk
