Accessing Your Goals in the Talent Management System

Explains how employees can access their performance evaluation goals through the Talent Management System in MyISU.

Your employment goals are available for you to access at any time. You can even track your progress in meeting your goals throughout the year.

Resolution
  1. Log in to MyISU
  2. Approve log-in through the DUO mobile app or hardware token
  3. Locate the Talent Management System card
    • Note: Search Discover Cards if you are missing this card
  4. Select Access Talent Management System
  5. Hover over Performance
  6. Select Goals
  7. Click on the Title of the goal to see more information, to add attachments comments, or to record your progress on meeting this goal.
  8. In the upper right corner, click Options to download your goals to a PDF format suitable for printing. 
  9. Click the Close button (bottom right) to save any information you enter here before you exit.
