Printing and Lab Procedures

To ensure a smooth and respectful environment for all users, please follow the procedures below:

Printing Guidelines

  • Limit Color print jobs to 25 pages or fewer.
  • Limit Black-and-white Print Jobs to 25 pages or fewer.
    • Note: This helps prevent printer jams and ensures fair access for all users. 
  • Do not use ISU printers for documents that are not related to ISU academic or work activities.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not copy or print any illegal materials.
  • Only post materials in the lab if approved by the lab manager.

Lab Conduct

  • Maintain respectful behavior at all times.
    • Aggressive or disruptive behavior is not allowed.
  • If food or drink is allowed in the lab, users are responsible for cleaning up any spills or messes.
