Resolution
Syncing Passwords with the Lex Drive
  1. Go to IAM  
  2. Type ISU Username
  3. Click Sign In
  4. Type ISU Password
  5. Click Sign In
  6. Approve login through the DUO mobile app or hardware token
  7. Select MY ACCOUNTS at top of page
  8. Create a New Password
    • Note: Password rules are on the right side of page
  9. Click RESET PASSWORD​​​​
  10. Click Secure ISU
  11. Type ISU User Name
  12. Type ISU Password
  13. Select Sync at the bottom of the box
    • Note: You must be logged out of all applications to sync.
