Introduction
GET™ is a mobile application that serves as your digital Bengal card! You can use GET™ to enter authorized doors on campus and make contactless payments at campus food service locations using a barcode scanner. Additionally, it provides a convenient way to report your card lost or found to enhance security.

Download the GET™ Mobile App to your mobile device.

Click on SEARCH ALL INSTITUTIONS
- Type Idaho State University into the Search field and select it from the search results.
- Type your ISU Username and Password, and then select SUBMIT.
- Notes:
- Duo will send a push to your phone without a prompt. You will need to approve the access using your Duo Mobile app.
- We suggest setting up Face ID and creating a 4-digit PIN for easy access.
Door Access
Use GET to access swipe-enabled doors on campus.

Open the GET™ app from your device.

Click the Mobile Access button under your photo and name in the orange card on the GET Mobile app.

Select the Door you want to unlock from the list then click the blue Activate button.
Dining (available at select locations on campus)
Use GET at select Bengal Dining locations to access your meal and flex plan funds.
- Open the GET™ app from your device.
- Click the Scan Card button under photo and name in the orange card on the GET Mobile app.
- Note: Your photo with your ID number and a bar code will appear on your devices screen.
- Scan the bar code on your phone with the bar code scanner.
- Note: Not all on campus dining locations have a bar code scanner.
Use GET to view your current meal and flex plan balances.

Open the GET™ app from your device.

Select Accounts (bottom of the screen) to view your remaining balance for meal and flex plans.
Report Bengal Card Lost/Found
Report your Bengal Card Lost
- Open the GET™ app from your device.
- Select Settings (bottom center)
- Note: If you do not see Settings, please Select more (bottom, right) and then Select Settings
- Select the Report card as lost
- Click REPORT CARD AS LOST
- Note: This will block the use of your physical Bengal card while still allowing the GET app to be used based on permissions.
Report your Bengal Card Found

Open the GET™ app from your device.

GET™ App Customization
The GET™ App allows you to customize and rearrange icons by dragging and dropping them.
- Open the GET™ app from your device.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and Select Edit Home Page
- Hold the bars (right side) for the title to move and drag the cards up or down to reorder your Home Page.
- Select the X (top left side) to close the Edit Home Page screen
