• Username: Maximum 17 characters
• Email Address: Maximum 17 characters (formatted as [username]@isu.edu)
• Manager of Account:
  • Student Activities Coordinator (Valerie Davids) or
  • Sports Club Coordinator (Shelby Williams)

• First Name: May include spaces
• Last Name: May include spaces
• Club Member Usernames: Provided to the Club Coordinator for updated member lists
