Requesting Access
Accessing the Parent Room

Students, faculty, and staff at ISU can access parent rooms by activating their Bengal Card in the card readers at the parent room door.

Once activated, the card can be used to access on-campus rooms for one academic year.

To activate the card, send an email with your name and Bengal ID# to:
Using the Space

Swipe your Bengal ID through the reader on the left side of the door

Push the door firmly to open it

Face the door once in.

Press the button on the right to turn on the "In Use" sign and show occupancy.

Press the button after using the room to turn the sign-off
