Box Capabilities and Guidelines

Can be used to store confidential information owned or used by ISU, including data covered by FERPA

Files up to 15 Gigabytes (GB) in size.

HIPAA (i.e., Protected Health Information) and other personally identifiable information can be stored in Box. Contact the IT Service Desk, which will assign someone to review your account and help set it up to store this data type.

If you need to store or share export-controlled data, you can email the ISU Export Control Officer to confirm whether your data may be stored in Box.
