ITS Project Definition
Definition
An ITS Project is defined as an endeavor led, initiated, or involving ITS resources that includes one or more of the following:
  • ITS resource effort of 40 hours or more and an active project duration of 1 month or more
  • Requires communication, coordination, or training with the campus community
  • Involves two or more departments outside of ITS
  • High profile as an ITS priority or has senior leadership sponsorship
Note: Recurring work that is performed quarterly, annually, etc., and is considered unique will be treated as a project if it fits the above criteria.
