Renew JMP License

Issue / Question
JMP occasionally expires and thinks it is out of date, but ISU has a license for JMP. The correct file is needed to remind the program of the JMP license.

Resolution
Correcting and Updating the JMP the License File
  1. Right click JMP icon
  2. Click Run as Administrator
    • Note: If Open License comes up, select it and move on to step 5. 
  3. Click Help in JMP
  4. Select Renew License 
    • Note: This will open a new File Manager window with the Open License option.
  5. Find jmp.per in the File Manager
  6. Click jmp.per
    • Note: JMP should now say the license has been accepted, and JMP should be good to use.
