Having trouble accessing ISU online resources, such as Bengalweb?

Have you claimed your ISU account? You should have received an email from iam@isu.edu, with a subject line of “Claim your ISU ACCOUNT.” See the Step-by-step instructions for the Account Claim process. Please note, if you have not received this email, please contact the IT Service Desk at (208) 282-HELP (4357) or send an email to help@isu.edu


 

Students: 

If the "Claim your ISU Account" email message is not in your ISU email, check the email you used when you applied to ISU.

Check your ISU email for the "Claim your ISU Account" email message.

Once you claim your account, it could take up to 10 minutes for your password to synchronize to Gmail, Moodle, TigerNet, Wi-Fi, Bengalweb, and DegreeWorks.
