Description
The polling feature for meetings allows you to create single-choice or multiple-choice polling questions for your meetings. You will be able to launch the poll during your meeting and gather the responses from your attendees. You also can download a report of polling after the meeting. Polls can also be conducted anonymously if you do not wish to collect participant information with the poll results.
This Guide Will Help You to:
Create Poll questions using the Zoom.us site

Sign in to your account on the Zoom.us site.

Click on your desired meeting.

Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the “Poll” option.

Click “Add” to begin creating the poll.

Enter a title and your first question.

By checking anonymous, The user information in the poll report will be kept anonymous.

Select whether you want the question to be single choice (participants can only choose one answer) or multiple choice (participants can choose multiple answers).

Type in the options and click “Save” at the bottom of the page.

Click “Add a Question” to create another question in the poll.
Launch a poll in a Zoom meeting

In the Zoom meeting, click “Polls” in the meeting controls.

Select the desired poll.

The Poll questions will be presented to your participants.
Note: The host will be able to see the live results.

Once all responses have been received, click “End Poll”.

You can share the results to participants by clicking “Share Results”.

You can restart the poll by clicking “Re-launch”.
View Poll Reports

Sign in to the Zoom.us site.

Select “Reports”.

In the “Usage Reports” tab, click “Meeting”.

Next to “Report Type”, select “Poll Report”

In the drop-down menu below “Report Type”, select one of these options:

Click “Generate” in the last column. Zoom will redirect you to the Report Queues tab where you can download the report as a CSV file.
