Zoom Learning Center

Zoom Learning Center (ZLC) is a freely accessible platform for anyone interested in learning Zoom. The ZLC library has short, self-paced, on-demand courses.

• You do not have to be a Zoom customer or have a Zoom license to access and learn.  With engaging content for new and experienced Zoom users and both live and on-demand courses as short as five minutes, there is truly something for everyone.
• Learning Center courses are designed for your convenience, so you can continue learning from any device, whether you’re at your desk or on the go.
• Learning Center courses span Zoom’s products, including Meetings, Events & Webinar, Phone, and Rooms,  so you can gain skills for all the ways you want to Zoom. 
• Courses will be updated as Zoom’s products evolve, so you’ll always have the most up-to-date information as you navigate Zoom for work and fun.  
• Collect badges after completing courses, beginning with Zoom's Security Champion badge, and bring a valuable skill set to your team and your resume. More certificates and badges will be available as the Learning Center expands.
