Viewing Course Evaluation Results for Administrators and Coordinators

Description

This article describes the process for users with the Watermark Administrator role to view the results of course evaluations.

Details

If you are a program coordinator or an administrative assistant assigned to coordinate course evaluations, you will be assigned an Administrator role in Watermark. Note: You may have additional roles in the Watermark system such as instructor and/or student. If this is the case, in the top-right corner to the left of your name, you can toggle between your roles.
  • Access Watermark:
    • If you have roles as an Instructor and Administrator, access Watermark by entering one of your previously taught courses and in the left navigation menu select Instructor Course Evaluations. No user name/password is required. Note: This link is not available in courses in progress.
    • If you only have the role of Administrator, log into Canvas using the Duo authentication system, click on your account, select Profile and select Course Evaluations (this is the preferred method.) You may also access Watermark via https://isu.evaluationkit.com/. Note: You will not have a unique user name/password for Watermark.
  • Once you access the Watermark dashboard, you will see a list of the evaluation projects that have ended. To view individual course evaluation results, click on the link for a project.
  • For the course that you wish to view, click the download button and select a report type.
