Personal Information Self Service for Faculty & Staff

Description

This article provides instructions on how to access the Personal Information Dashboard in MyISU to add, update, or remove your personal information at Idaho State University (ISU).

Guide Navigation

Access and Open Personal Information

  1. Go to the MyISU portal (external link).
  2. Log in using your ISU username and password.
  3. If prompted, approve the login using the DUO Mobile app or your DUO hardware token.
  4. Select the Magnifying glass icon labeled View All Cards.
  5. In the Find Cards search field, type Personal Information.
  6. Select the Personal Information Self Service link from the results.

Add, Edit, or Delete Information

Edit Information

  1. Select the pencil icon labeled Edit next to the section you want to update.
  2. Select Update to save.
  3. Select the X icon labeled Close to exit the page.

Add Information

  1. Select Add New within the section you want to add.
  2. Select Add save.
  3. Select the X icon labeled Close to exit the page.

Delete Information

  1. Select the trash can icon labeled Delete next to the item you want to remove.
  2. Select Delete to save.
  3. Select the X icon labeled Close to exit the page.
