Change Security Questions in IAM

Description

This article provides instructions on how to update your security questions and answers in the Identity and Access Management Portal (IAM) at Idaho State University (ISU).

Reset Security Questions in IAM

Sign In to IAM

  1. Open the IAM portal.
  2. Sign in with your ISU Username and Password.
  3. Complete Duo authentication when prompted. 
Note: Use the same password you use to access your other ISU accounts.

Change Your Security Questions

  1. On the home page, select My Security.
  2. Locate the Security Questions section.
  3. Select the drop-down menu for each question to choose a different security question.
  4. Select the eye icon next to an answer to reveal it.
  5. Update your answers as needed.
  6. Select Submit to save your changes.

IMPORTANT: Choose security questions and answers that you can remember. Avoid answers that other people could easily guess.
