Update Emergency Contacts in MyISU

This article provides instructions on how to update emergency contacts in MyISU at Idaho State University (ISU).

Log in to MyISU

  1. Sign in to MyISU (external link) using your ISU Username and Password.
  2. Complete the DUO authentication process using either:
    • The DUO Mobile app, or
    • Your DUO hardware token.
  3. Open the Main Menu on the left side of the screen.
  4. Navigate to the Personal Information Dashboard and follow the instructions for your classification below:

Students

  1. Select Academics from the left menu.
  2. Locate the Student Records card.
  3. Select Personal Information Dashboard.
  4. Scroll to the Emergency Contacts section.
  5. To update an existing emergency contact:
    • Select the Edit (pencil) icon next to the contact information.
  6. To add a new emergency contact:
    • Select the Add (plus sign) icon.
  7. Enter or update the required information.
  8. Select Update to save your changes.

Employees

  1. Select Work from the left menu.
  2. Locate the Time Entry & Employment Details card.
  3. Select Personal Information Dashboard.
  4. Scroll to the Emergency Contacts section.
  5. To update an existing emergency contact:
    • Select the Edit (pencil) icon next to the contact information.
  6. To add a new emergency contact:
    • Select the Add (plus sign) icon.
  7. Enter or update the required information.
  8. Select Update to save your changes.
