Claim Host When Zoom Host Controls Are Unavailable

Description

This article provides instructions on how to Claim Host When Zoom Host Controls are Unavailable at Idaho State University (ISU).

  • Note: If Host controls are unavailable on the Zoom Room controller (e.g. the ability to share content or manage breakout rooms), another participant likely joined the meeting before the Zoom Room. You can regain host controls by using your 6-10 digit host key.

Host controls allow you to perform actions such as sharing content and managing breakout rooms.
