Transferring Your Microsoft 365 Data

This article provides instructions on how to Transfer OneDrive and SharePoint Data at Idaho State University (ISU).

1. Visit Free Microsoft Online For Web
2. Follow the signup instructions

Idaho State University Students, Faculty & Staff

• Access Microsoft Office 365 at Idaho State University
• Everyone should already have an account created

1. Visit https://isu0-my.sharepoint.com/my
2. Select All Files using CTRL + A OR the check box in the top left of the file picker
3. Select Download
4. Download your files where you want them

Each account includes a limited amount of OneDrive cloud storage. To move your documents, follow the steps below:

1. Move all Office documents into one folder on your computer.
2. Use the SharePoint Migration Tool to upload the folder to OneDrive.
