Identify Hardware Requirements

Computer

  • A computer purchased within the last three years is recommended.
  • A reliable internet access is required.
  • A smartphone or tablet alone is not sufficient for course requirements.

Headphones

  • Headphones are recommended for watching course videos and participating in web meetings.
  • A headset with a built-in microphone is recommended for clearer audio.
  • Some courses may require web conferencing or online test proctoring.

Microphone

  • A microphone may be required for web conferencing, presentations, or recorded assignments.
  • A headset with a microphone is recommended.

Webcam

  • A webcam is required for web conferencing and online test proctoring.
  • Most laptops include a built-in webcam. Desktop users will need an external webcam.

Identify Internet Connection Requirements
