How to Access Click to Chat

  1. Select ► Click to Chat 
  2. Enter ► Your name
  3. Describe ► The issue
  4. Click ► Approve to allow technician to set up screen sharing
  5. Download ► The file when prompted
  6. Open ► ​​​​​​​The file
  7. Click ► Allow to begin screen sharing
  8. Click ► Allow when technician requests elevated credentials 
  9. The technician ► Will end the chat once the issue is resolved
    • Note: Once this is ended the screen sharing software will automatically uninstall.
  10. Fill ► Out the survey that pops up once the chat is closed
