Click to Chat for Questions and Troubleshooting

Description 

ISU provides Click-To-Chat Support. This article details how to use click to chat.

Instructions

  1. Select a Representative from the list or Select Your Issue
  2. Enter your Name (Your full name makes it a lot easier to look up)
  3. Click Submit
  4. Describe your issue or question
  5. Allow representative time to research and respond. (We don't use AI yet, sorry)
Full Remote Session (See and control screen)
  1. Download the file when prompted.
  2. Launch the Bomgar Client 
  3. Click allow to begin screen sharing.
  4. Click allow when the technician requests elevated permissions
  5. The technician will end the chat once the issue is resolved.
Note: Once this is ended, the screen-sharing software will automatically uninstall.
If possible, fill out the survey that pops up once the chat is closed.
