Open Google Calendar, click the “Gear” icon.
In the Gear menu, select “Get Add-ons”.
Search and select “Zoom for Google Calendar”.
Click “Install” and select “Continue”.
Choose your ISU gmail account and click “Allow” .
Select “Done” and close the add-on window.
In Google Calendar, create an event.
Click on the “Add conferencing” menu, select Zoom Meeting.
Click “Authorize” and Choose your ISU gmail account.
Select “Allow”
Click “Log in”,
Sign in with your Zoom specific credentials or
Click the “Sign in with Google” method.
In the field that says “Add Google Meet video conferencing”; click the dropdown arrow, select “Zoom Meeting”.
Give it a moment to process, you will then see:
a link to “join Zoom Meeting”
the Meeting ID
Passcode (if you have passcodes required in your Zoom account settings).
Complete the other information such as adding a title, date/time, and guests.
Click Save.
