Log Weekly Cleaning
  1. Open Google Drive.
  2. Go to Lab Shareable Documents>Cleaning>Cleaning Sheet.
  3. At the bottom of the sheet, there are two tabs labeled Cleaning and Hours.
    1. Note: you only need to look through Cleaning. You don't need to worry about looking at Hours.
  4. Look at the two cells next to your name to see how much cleaning you need to finish.
    1. Note: There is a row for Rendezvous cleaning and another row for cleaning any of the labs outside of Rendezvous.
  5. Scroll down the spreadsheet to see a list of all the computers and labs that will need to be cleaned each week.
  6. To log your cleaning, type your first name and the date next to the stations you have cleaned.
    1. Note: Cleaning should be finished by Sunday night every week, and the spreadsheet will reset Monday morning at 8 a.m.
    2. Note: Representatives and technicians are able to leave Rendezvous for their cleaning after informing their supervisor that they are heading to one of the labs and letting the technicians know when they return.
    3. Note: DO NOT PUT YOUR NAME OVER OTHERS
