Recover your Username or Reset your Password

1. Go to Forgot Username Portal
2. Click Forgot Username
3. Click Next on the Welcome to the Forgot Username Portal page 
4. Type your First Name
5. Type your Last Name
6. Enter your Date of Birth (Format: mm/dd/yyyy)
7. Type your Account Claim Email (Note: This is the personal email address we have on file for you.)
8. Verify your identity by sending a pin to your account claim email address or your phone
9. Enter that pin to continue
   1. At this point, you may be prompted to authenticate using Duo.
10. Your username will be displayed

Note: If you receive an error, please contact the IT Service Desk for support. 

1. Go to Password Reset Portal
2. Click Next on the Welcome to the Password Reset Portal page 
3. Enter your ISU Username
4. Verify your identity by sending a pin to your account claim email address or your phone
5. Enter that pin to continue
   • At this point, you may be prompted to authenticate using Duo
6. Type your New Password
7. Re-Type your New Password
8. Click RESET PASSWORD
