Changing Roles in Registration Landing Page

Issue / Question
  • Changing role in the Registration system from Student to Faculty or Advisor
  • Can't see all the options on Registration Landing Page
Environment

    • People with multiple roles, i.e., faculty and advisors who are also students
Cause
 Registration Landing Page assumes the user uses the same role they used the last time they visited the Landing Page. 
 
Resolution
  1. Login to MyISU with your ISU username and password.
  2. Click on Academics (left side).
  3. Scroll to the Faculty Tools or Advisor Tools card, and Click on the Registration Landing Page. 
  4. Click the circle next to your name (upper right). 
    • Note: This will show the role you currently view (underlined) and a link to sign out. If the role is not underlined, click Registration on the upper left. The corresponding role on the right will be underlined.
