Update Disability Status

Description 

Instructions

1. Log into MyISU with your ISU Username and Password
   • Note: Go to Forgotten or Expired Password if you need assistance with your password.
2. Approve Login using the DUO mobile app or hardware token
3. Navigate to the Main Menu (left)
4. Select My Account (left)
5. Navigate to the Personal Information Card
6. Select Personal Information Self-Service
7. Scroll to the Additional Details section and Click the Pencil 
8. Read the Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability detail
9. Select a Box
10. Click Update
