Steps to Set Up Your W-2 Electronically
1- Sign in to MyISU
  1. Go to MyISU login page
  2. Enter your ISU Username and Password
  3. Select SUBMIT
    • Note: You may be prompted to approve your login using the DUO Mobile app or a hardware token for extra security.
2- Sign up to receive your W2 Forms Electronically
  1. Navigate to the Time Entry & Employment Details card
  2. Choose Employee Dashboard
  3. Select the Taxes dropdown (left menu)
  4. Select the Electronic Regulatory Consent link
  5. Check the box to Consent to receive the W-2 electronically 
  6. Select Submit
Notes:
  • After submitting, you can view and print your W-2 form through Employee Self-Service. You can also save it as an electronic file that is accessible outside of MyISU.
  • Once you opt for electronic W-2 delivery, you will no longer receive a paper copy. If you wish to switch back to paper delivery, uncheck the Consent to receive the W-2 electronically box and click Submit. This will ensure you receive a paper W-2 in the following year.
