Issue / Question
The ePrint system is a repository for reports produced in Banner. This system is completely separate from the Argos reporting system.

Resolution
Argos pulls data from Banner ODS on a particular topic, while ePrint reports Banner data generated by a reporting process. An example of using ePrint is viewing your monthly charges from NetCom or the Copy Center. These charges are collected and processed in the Pinnacle Telecom Expense Management system and loaded into Banner. ePrint is the system you can use now to view those monthly charges. It replaces the monthly mailing of paper bills for NetCom charges.
Access
  • Access is gained through the ePrint portlet in MyISU, which is available by clicking on Employees, then Tools.  
Unable to Access
  • When you click on the Finance Repository link in the ePrint portlet, you will be directed to ePrint.  If you encounter this screen, you will need to request access. 
Unable to Access External System error
Click ePrint Access to describe your business need and the indexes you need to perform your duties. 
Reporting
  • Reports are divided into repositories according to their subject. The only repository at this time is Finance. ePrint automatically knows who you are and will only display information for accounts you have been authorized to see.
  • All of the reports you have access to in the selected repository are displayed in the list.  Select the PDF icon to view or the Text icon to download the latest instance of a particular report. Click on the Drill icon to view all instances of a particular report.  You may customize the reports displayed by using the settings on My ePrint.  More help is available using the Help link in the upper right corner.
