How do I know if a student requires accommodations for an exam?
-
Students who require accommodations will provide an official accommodation letter from ISU Disability Services.
-
Faculty should review the letter and apply the necessary accommodations in ProctorU.
-
If you have questions, contact Disability Services at (208) 282-3599.
Can I set different accommodations for multiple students taking the same exam?
What should I do if a student’s accommodations are not applied correctly during the exam?
-
First, verify that the accommodations were saved in ProctorU. If there is an issue, contact ProctorU support via live chat or email. Additionally, instruct the student to notify you and ProctorU immediately so adjustments can be made.
