If the SMART Board is Unresponsive

Description 

How to reset the SMART MX Board (wall-mounted) if it is unresponsive.

Details

With the SMART remote:

  1. On the remote for the SMART Board, hold down the power button for 4 seconds to power off completely.
  2. Press the power button again to turn the board back on.

On the SMART Board:

  1. Reach underneath the SMART Board, about 2 inches towards center from the right-hand speaker, and feel for a toggle switch.
  2. Toggle the switch off.
  3. After a few seconds, toggle the switch back on.
