Update/Delete Contact Information in ISU Google Contacts

How to update and delete contact information in Google Contacts (Google Workspace).

Resolution
Update a Contact
  1. Log in to your ISU Google Workspace account, specifically in Google Contacts. This is your general @isu.edu account. It can be logged into from any Google app.
  2. If not in Google Contacts, click the 3 by 3 dot icon in the top right corner of any Google app (Google Apps), and select Contacts.
  3. In the large white box at the top of the screen, type the name or email address of the contact, or scroll down and find the contact.
  4. Click on the contact you need to update.
  5. Click on the edit button on the right, and select and edit the fields necessary.
  6. Once edited, click Save.
Delete One or More Contacts
Follow steps 1-3 of Updating a Contact.
  1. When hovering over a contact in your list, the contact avatar (the small circle with an initial, picture, or other image as set) to the left will become a checkbox. Check this and any other contacts you wish to delete.
  2. Once selected, click on the three vertical dot icon, More Options, at the top of the page below the search bar.
  3. Click Delete.
