Microsoft Office is a suite of packages that can include:
There are two different versions of Microsoft Office: Office 365 and Office 20xx.  Office 365 is the preferred option. If you would like to use Office 20xx, please contact the IT service desk, and we can help with installation.

Who can use it?
Microsoft provides special Office 365 and Office 20xx offers to ISU students, faculty, and staff.  Office 365 Education is the only free suite for students, faculty, and staff, containing Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote.  

Where can I get Office 365 Education?

Note: Once Microsoft authorizes you to download Office 365, you enter an agreement with Microsoft, not ISU. Any expiration dates are agreed upon with Microsoft.


Where is Microsoft Office available on campus computers?
After logging in with your ISU username and password, Microsoft Office is available in all campus computer labs. Click here for lab locations and hours.
