  • How Cache & Cookies work
    • Cookies are files created by sites you visit, and they make your online experience easier by saving browsing data.
    • The cache remembers parts of pages, like images, to help them open faster during your next visit.
  • What happens after you clear your cache?
    • Some settings on sites get deleted. For example, if you were signed in, you will need to sign in again.
    • Some sites seem slower because content needs to load again, like images.
  • Shortcut
    • If you are comfortable using a shortcut, Select Ctrl, Shift, and Delete while in your browser.  There you can clear your cache or cookies.
