Software drivers are used to help the operating system know how to use the webcam. Perform these steps to test and troubleshoot the camera and video capability of a webcam
This Guide Will Help You to:
Install default drivers (Windows 10)

Go to Search

Select Device Manager

Select Cameras or Imaging Devices

Right-click on the webcam that's having problems

Select Update Driver
-
Select "Search Automatically for updated driver software". This will replace it with a stock webcam driver.

Restart your PC/Laptop
Install updates from the manufacturer (Windows 10)

Go to Search
-
Select Device Manager
-
Select Cameras or Imaging Devices
-
Right-click on the webcam that's having problems

Select "Scan for hardware changes
-
Restart your PC/Laptop
